Payment Options

Credit Card  -  We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX which are processed through our secure processing portal with Limepay.

Split payments (instalments)  -  You can split your payment into four equal fortnightly instalments with no interest.  You must be over 18, have a valid debit or credit card and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.  For complete terms and conditions visit

Paypal  -  Payments can be processed by logging in to your Paypal account directly from our website.  You agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of the legal agreement with Paypal.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars.   If payment is made using an overseas credit card, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

Orders anywhere within New Zealand over $150 are shipped FREIGHT FREE.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that you will love your purchase from Potted however if you do change your mind we will exchange it for another item of equal value. It must be returned back to us at your cost in original condition with all packaging and labels intact, along with proof of purchase (receipt) within 10 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.

We can not exchange the following:
- Sale items
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Items returned to store 10 days after original purchase

If there is a fault with your item then please contact us as soon as you discover the fault but no later than 10 days after delivery so that we may assess the situation.
